Q: What are the products that you sell?

The main products that I sell are DIY Kits, they are educational kits with all the materials and tools to learn your new hobby, whether it's Embroidery or Punch Needle.

Q: When and Where do you host your workshops and how can we join?

I usually host workshops every once in a while, it's not a regular thing with a schedule, venues also differ from one workshop to another, but I mainly teach in Cairo. You can Join my mailing list to get the announcement for the upcoming workshop and all its details when it's out, by subscribing you will also get an early access to workshop bookings, kit orders and basically everything regarding my business, think of it as a VIP list ;)

Q: Do you have an online course (embroidery or punch needle)?

Unfortunately not yet, but this is definitely on my list! I'm working hard to make this happen and to have an Embroidery online course and a Punch Needle online course very soon that you will be able to purchase from my online shop.

Q: How did you learn your skill?

It's always exciting to learn something new, I myself love to add new skills to my already existing ones

My workshops are for everyone whose over 18.

Q: Can kids learn those skills?

It depends on the child, I can say that talented kids can start picking up differerent types of fiber arts as early as the age of 7 or 8, but they should always be accompanied by an adult even if they're using one of my kits for safety measures.

Q: Are your kits/workshops made for total beginners?

Absolutely! all kits are designed for total beginner with a step-by-step guide to teach all the basic stitches that you're gonna need, kit designs are always very simple to follow, however some kit designs are more complicated than others, but all kits are a perfect way for total beginnes to start learning the skill. Workshops are also made for total beginners, there's absolutely nothing required of you to attend a workshop except to actually be there and enjoy it :)

Q: I sent you a message / comment on Instagram / Tiktok, Why didn't I get a responce?

I try my best to reply to everyone, but unfortunately it is impossible to reply to 100% of all the messages and comments on my Instagram / Tiktok profiles. My business is a One-Woman-Show, I do everything on my own, design kits, order supplies, assemble kits, do photography, brainstorm and film content for my social media, send out orders, deal with clients, plan for my business growth, create art...etc. It's extremely challenging to have a business on your own, even a small one like mine :) But I try my best to monitor your FAQ and answer them whether it's here, or in the form of new content on my social media platforms (reels, stories..etc).

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment, but soon enough there'll be shipping to the entire MENA Region.
