Returns & Exchanges


  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Return requests are not applicable to international orders and are only applicable to local orders.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues:

Due to shipping company policies opening packages upon receipt is not accepted, however, if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item you can contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as  original / commissioned pieces made by Mariam.
  • In case you're returning an item that you no longer need or ordered by mistake or confusion with another item, you will be charged full delivery fees.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges, local orders only.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
